These Terms of Service govern your use of the AI skin analysis service provided by Oh My Skin (the "Service").

2. Service Description

The Service provides: • AI-powered skin condition analysis (free and premium) • Skincare product recommendations based on analysis results • Analysis history viewing This Service is NOT a medical service and does not replace professional medical advice. Analysis results are for informational purposes only.

3. User Obligations

Users must: • Not analyze other people's photos without their consent • Not use the Service for medical diagnosis purposes • Not interfere with the normal operation of the Service

4. Disclaimers

• AI analysis results are reference information only and accuracy is not guaranteed. • Product recommendations are for reference only; purchase decisions are your own. • The Service is not liable for skin issues resulting from use of the Service. • If you suspect a serious skin condition, please consult a dermatologist.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Premium services deliver digital content (AI analysis results) immediately upon payment. • Refunds may be limited once digital content delivery has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. • If an error prevents analysis from completing normally, you may request a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service's software, AI models, design, and content belong to the Service operator. Users retain rights to their own analysis results.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
